As our Preconstruction Estimator, you will play a key role in shaping the success of our commercial projects from the outset. You’ll be responsible for evaluating project plans and specifications, preparing detailed and accurate cost estimates, and contributing to competitive bids and proposals. This role requires close collaboration with clients, design teams, and internal stakeholders to develop budgets, assess risks, and identify value-engineering opportunities. A strong understanding of commercial construction practices, subcontractor markets, and conceptual estimating is essential.
