In order to support Airbus Defence and Space we are looking for a Procurement Performance Controlling Specialist
To support our growing operations, Airbus Defence and Space is looking for a SpS Procurement Performance Controlling Specialist (d/f/m).
Our Space Systems Business Line is expanding its procurement controlling scope across "Buy Side" activities, covering all direct procurement spend for Flight and On-Ground products. In this role, you will collaborate closely with program teams and commodity/supplier managers across the full program lifecycle.
By analyzing and aligning large volumes of data from our information systems, you will equip our teams with key insights to drive strategic success.

Your Tasks & Responsibilities
Cost Base Management: Monitor and evaluate indirect projects within the cost base to maintain rigorous financial alignment.
Consolidated Financial Reporting: Deliver reliable monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting built on robust, verified data.
Strategic Analysis & Risk Management: Analyze productivity, cost recovery, and potential risks and opportunities to advise key stakeholders on proactive solutions.
Process Harmonization: Implement standard, highly consistent processes across the team while leveraging key capabilities from core ERP systems.
Knowledge Sharing: Capture and share budgetary controlling expertise to support continuous learning and team capability.
Desired Skills & Experience
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience within a Finance or Controlling department.
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and effective at prioritizing multi-faceted projects and sound decision-making.
Strong team spirit, high integrity, professional mindset, and an interest in digital controlling tools.
Fluent in English and German
