We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Forklift Operator to join our team in Hooksett, NH.

About the Position

The Warehouse Forklift Operator plays an important role in keeping our warehouse and production operations running efficiently. This is a hands-on position responsible for receiving incoming materials, maintaining accurate inventory, staging and delivering materials to production, operating powered warehouse equipment, supporting recycling operations, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

The right candidate will be safety-conscious, dependable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment where priorities can change throughout the day.

What You'll Do

• Receive and process incoming products and materials. 
• Review bills of lading and verify quantities and product descriptions for accuracy. 
• Enter and maintain product information in the inventory system. 
• Verify inventory counts, item numbers, and product information. 
• Operate forklifts, clamp trucks, hand jacks, and other powered equipment to safely move materials. 
• Stage and deliver materials to production based on production schedules and priorities. 
• Distribute incoming inventory samples to appropriate personnel. 
• Assist with paper and cardboard recycling, including loading balers, moving recyclable materials, and coordinating pickups. 
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse. 
• Follow all Company safety policies and procedures and use required PPE. 
• Provide additional support to production departments as needed. 

What We're Looking For

• Previous forklift operating experience. 
• Strong commitment to workplace safety. 
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work effectively with limited supervision. 
• Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy. 
• Good written and verbal communication skills. 
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. 
• Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, decimals, ratios, and percentages. 
• Ability to problem-solve and respond appropriately to changing priorities. 
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and internet-based applications. 
• Ability to work cooperatively with supervisors, coworkers, production employees, and other departments. 

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

This is an on-site, hands-on warehouse and production position. The work environment includes forklifts, moving mechanical equipment, noise, and other conditions associated with warehouse and manufacturing operations.

The position requires continuous standing and frequent walking, bending, reaching, and lifting throughout the workday. Employees must follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.

Because of the nature of our business and the clients we serve, employees are also required to complete applicable Workplace Safety, HIPAA, and Information Security training and follow Company requirements for protecting confidential client and business information.
