Job Description
As our Policy & Market Access Manager (Vaccines), you will help shape vaccine access and public health outcomes in Türkiye by driving policy initiatives, building strategic stakeholder partnerships, and advancing access strategies that support both patients and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement policy, market access, and stakeholder engagement strategies to support the successful access and uptake of the vaccines portfolio.
Monitor healthcare policy, reimbursement, immunization, and public health developments, translating insights into actionable business recommendations.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with key external stakeholders, including the Ministry of Health, SGK, public health institutions, scientific societies, and industry associations.
Lead and support initiatives related to vaccination policies, national immunization programs, public procurement processes, and access-related projects.
Partner with Medical, Commercial, Regulatory, and Government Affairs teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of market access and policy priorities.
Contribute to vaccine launch readiness, policy advocacy activities, and public health partnership opportunities that improve patient access and support business objectives.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in Health Policy, Market Access, Government Affairs, or Public Affairs within the pharmaceutical industry.
Proven experience in the vaccines portfolio, including understanding of immunization programs, public procurement, and vaccination policies in Türkiye.
Strong knowledge of the Turkish healthcare system, Ministry of Health decision-making processes, reimbursement mechanisms, and public health stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute health policy and market access strategies that influence access outcomes and support business objectives.
Established network and successful engagement experience with key external stakeholders, including MoH, public health institutions, social security institution, scientific societies, and industry associations.
Strong analytical, project management, and cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively across Medical, Commercial, Regulatory, and Government Affairs teams.
Preferred: Experience supporting vaccine launches, policy advocacy initiatives, and public health partnerships projects in Türkiye.
