Sr Financial Analyst, Corporate Strategy and Development Role At A Glance…
The Senior Financial Analyst, Corporate Strategy and Development (CS&D) candidate will play an integral role in North America’s finance organization and will have the opportunity to gain broad experience across a wide variety of financial systems, processes, and analyses. The candidate has a project-focused mindset, is comfortable in ambiguity, and has experience managing through uncertainty. As part of this role, this individual will provide three key deliverables:
- Integrated Commercial Business Planning (ICBP): Integrated Commercial Business Planning (IBP) is KHC’s decision-making cycle that evaluates our rolling forecasts for demand, innovation, strategic projects, and the resulting financial plans. The CS&D SFA will work with cross-functional teams to support ICBP routines, as well as to support development of a roadmap for future ways of working (technology, process, etc.).
- Financial Reporting Support: The candidate will function as a project manager for Kraft Heinz financial reporting systems. Candidate will work with systems and business leaders to ensure accuracy of base-level financials, identify ongoing financial issues in the system, and provide ad-hoc testing analyses to support systems enhancements.
- Ad-hoc Projects and Analyses: Candidate will work in supporting our Central Finance team and business partners with ad-hoc projects and analyses. Opportunities may include projects involving North America strategy, systems enhancements, reporting tools, quarterly reporting deliverables, SKU Rationalization, etc.

- BS in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or relatable fields
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Finance/Accounting, FP&A, Consulting, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or similar experience required
- Experience with Excel and PowerPoint, while also demonstrating strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Strong project management / process improvement skills
- Business & operating system project management experience, like SAP, Snowflake, and Oracle PBCS
- Proven / excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Hard working and capable of coping with pressure and deadlines
- Experience with financial modeling (P&L), combining different business units, and reconciliations of drivers
- Demonstrated ability to work in large, cross-functional teams and proven track-record of managing multiple projects simultaneously

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$89,800.00 - $112,200.00Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
