YOUR ROLE: Curam Development Lead
WORK YOU WILL DO:
We are seeking a skilled Curam Development lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading the development and implementation of solutions using the Curam Social Program Management platform. You will be responsible for leading the design, development, and maintenance of Curam applications to meet the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business stakeholders and colleagues within Product Teams to gather requirements, prioritize enhancements, resolve production issues, and improve service performance.
Lead the design and development of Curam solutions based on business requirements.
Customize and configure the Curam framework to meet client specifications using Business Process Objects, User Interface Metadata (UIM), Universal Access (UA) Workflow, Interfaces, Batch, Intelligent Evidence Gathering (IEG), Rulesets, Evidence, and Data Mapping.
Lead and mentor distributed teams of developers across multiple delivery locations while ensuring high-quality delivery and operational excellence.
Collaborate with project leadership, our clients and colleagues to achieve business objectives on-time and on-budget in an agile working environment
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Curam products and integration components.
Establish operational KPIs, service-level metrics, system health indicators, and continuous improvement programs.
Ensure compliance with security, governance, risk, audit, and regulatory requirements.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning across engineering and support teams.
Provide technical guidance, best practices and modern ways of working to support the growth of more junior developers.
Stay updated with the latest Curam features and best practices.
Basic Qualifications :
4 years of relevant experience in Curam development, with a strong technical background and an in-depth understanding of the Curam framework.
Experience managing other developers located across multiple delivery locations.
Excellente communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Proficiency in Java, J2EE, and web technologies.
Experience with Curam development tools, including Curam Development Environment (CDE) and Rational Application Developer (RAD).
Strong knowledge of SQL and database management systems.
Must be eligible for Reliability Clearance Status
Bachelor’s degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline
English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with English-speaking stakeholders across Canada. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.
Preferred Qualifications:
Curam Technical Certification.
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
Knowledge of social program management and government services.
