Job Description:

   

The Offer Commercialization Program Manager supports the New Offer Introduction (NOI) program by facilitating Pan-HPE stakeholder engagement, managing governance forums, driving agenda and action item execution, and coordinating delivery against established Objectives & Key Results (OKRs). Success in this role requires strong program management, organizational, and communication skills, including the ability to translate complex business, process, and system concepts into clear executive-level presentations, communications, and actionable plans. The role drives commercialization excellence through structured governance, cross-functional alignment, roadmap management, operational readiness, and continuous process improvement.
 

How you will make your mark:

  • Own and maintain offer and release data governance standards across the commercialization lifecycle.
  • Govern phase checklist data quality, completeness, and compliance to ensure offer readiness.
  • Create, maintain, and distribute Offer Release milestone artifacts.
  • Schedule and facilitate milestone, domain, and business unit governance meetings.
  • Maintain and manage the commercialization roadmap, including key milestones, dependencies, and release timing.
  • Support aaS commercialization forums to influence decision-making, governance, and operational alignment.
  • Ensure commercialization data, milestones, and release information remain accurate and synchronized across tools and reporting mechanisms.
  • Support continuous improvement of commercialization governance processes, tools, and operating practices.
  • Partner with business, operations, product, and functional teams to improve offer release execution, visibility, and accountability.

About You:

  • Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 3+ years’ experience managing projects – process improvements, deployment, implementations, roadmaps.
  • Previous exposure to executive, partner, or customer communications.
  • Experience with business processes or capabilities a plus.
  • PMP/PMI certification a plus.

Knowledge, Competencies and Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills (e.g. written, verbal, presentation); mastery in English and local language, with the ability to distill complex information into clear executive updates.
  • Ability to balance listening and advocacy to effectively engage stakeholders in transformational action plans, proposals, and decision making at senior organizational levels.
  • Ability to effectively communicate program plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options at senior management level.
  • Using project planning tools and software packages to create, manage, and track project results.
  • Developing ability to collaborate and network with other groups and functions to reach business objectives, in support of the partner requirements.
  • Developing ability to establish and maintain good relationships with external partners on peer level and one level above.
  • Highly organized and structured thinker with strong program discipline.
  • Resourceful problem solver who can navigate through ambiguity with sound reasoning
  • Strong ability to manage complex cross-functional programs, including planning, stakeholder management, dependency management, and execution and risk tracking across multiple teams
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence across global teams and leadership levels
  • Laser-focused program execution with the ability to adapt for strategic pivots
