Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the evening kitchen team to deliver exceptional food quality
• Manage kitchen operations during night shifts and weekends

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

We brew about 1,000 barrels of world-class Craft Beer each year, which is about 250,000 glasses. We have been brewing great Craft Beer in Topeka since May 1995.
