ROLE SNAPSHOT

As an Asset Review Specialist, you’ll support a North American asset disposition client’s lien search process across Canada through PPSA ordering and the US through asset review and CSC ordering. Working primarily in Salesforce Lien Hub, you’ll review individual assets, apply detailed business rules to determine what requires searching, and keep every file moving toward on-time auction and seller payment.

This is high-volume, detail-critical, rules-based work with defined service levels, with Canada and the US receiving equal focus. Once your review is complete, files route to the client’s Lien Review team, who carry them through Lien Release, FinOps, and seller payment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Asset Review & Search Ordering

• Review the individual assets within each assigned LSS in Salesforce Lien Hub and determine searchable versus non-searchable status per client business rules.
• Place required searches — PPSA orders for Canada and CSC lien searches for the US — on all searchable assets.
• Record non-searchable dispositions and maintain the Asset Review change log.

Search Monitoring & Routing

• Monitor searches through to completion.
• Route completed results to the client’s Lien Review team and the correct Salesforce queue.
• Submit search requests accurately and completely the first time, and route immediately on completion.

Priority, Escalation & Communication

• Work through files in auction-date priority order unless instructed otherwise.
• Escalate anything that risks on-time seller payment or auction readiness.
• Meet turnaround and accuracy targets consistently.
• Communicate professionally with stakeholders via Microsoft Teams.

Performance & Quality Standards

• Consistently meet published SLAs for business-day turnaround.
• Maintain 98%+ quality and accuracy across all search and disposition work.
• Process files in strict auction-date priority and flag risks before they affect seller payment.
• Keep documentation complete and audit-ready for every exception and non-searchable determination.

A BIT ABOUT YOU

Must-Haves

• Hands-on experience in Salesforce or a comparable case- or queue-based system.
• Demonstrated accuracy in high-volume, repetitive data-processing work.
• Working comfort with Excel for tracking and classification.
• Ability to follow detailed business rules exactly, without deviation.
• Availability to work the core shift, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Central Time.
• Clear, professional written communication skills.

Good-to-Haves

• Equipment or asset familiarity sufficient to read equipment lists.
