Location: Remote, LATAM

The Work
(What you’ll be doing & Your Impact)

• Create high-quality motion for websites, digital campaigns, launches, and other screen-based creative work.
  
• Bring visual concepts to life through animation, transitions, motion systems, and interactive elements.
  
• Work closely with designers and creative leads to develop motion that feels intentional and connected to the overall visual direction.
  
• Translate static designs and creative ideas into polished motion while maintaining strong visual consistency.
  
• Create motion for modern digital platforms using tools and formats that support web and interactive experiences.
  
• Collaborate with designers and developers throughout the process to make sure motion works well from concept through implementation.
  
• Maintain a high level of craft, attention to detail, and thoughtful design throughout the work.

Needed Expertise
(What you need to succeed in the role)

• 5+ years of experience in Motion Design, with a strong portfolio focused on digital and screen-based work.
  
• Strong visual design fundamentals, including typography, composition, layout, timing, and visual storytelling.
  
• Experience creating motion for websites, digital campaigns, interactive projects, or other online platforms.
  
• Advanced experience with motion design tools such as After Effects, along with familiarity with modern digital motion workflows.
  
• Experience working in Figma and collaborating closely with designers throughout the design process.
  
• A strong understanding of how motion translates into web and digital environments, including formats such as Lottie or similar technologies.
  
• A portfolio that shows both polished final work and a clear, thoughtful creative or design process.
