The Coffee Shop, located near the center court inside the Silver Lake Mall, is looking to add a full-time barista to our growing team!
We have the following shift available:
- Sunday-Wednesday: 9:30 am-6:30 pm.

A family environment filled with people who share a passion for making the finest coffee and have fun doing it. Barista experience is required.
About The Position:
We are looking for an individual to prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including various types of coffee and tea, as well as select food items; educate customers on our drink menu; make recommendations based on their preferences; upsell special items, & take orders/cashier.

Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks such as coffee, tea, artisan, and specialty beverages.
- Perform opening and closing duties as outlined on our café checklist.
- To embody The Coffee Shop culture by helping customers by providing product and service information.
- Smile and welcome customers.
- Prepare & serve handcrafted coffee beverages.
- Serve baked goods.
- Provide 1-to-1 service to all customers, from hello to goodbye.
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of evolving products and services.
- Willing to assist with merchandising/cashiering at our parent retail store as needed.

Pay: $16 per hour plus tips. Must have barista experience.
