Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter based in Europe to support white-collar hiring for the U.S. market. This role requires full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle and close collaboration with US-based hiring managers.
The ideal candidate is self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently, with excellent communication skills and strong experience recruiting professional roles in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience working with U.S. stakeholders and candidates is highly valued.
Working schedule:
15:00-23:00- Monday - Friday
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end executive and white-collar recruitment across the U.S. market, managing the full hiring lifecycle from talent identification and engagement through offer and placement.
- Partner closely with our clients (Executive Team), hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand business needs, define position requirements and establish effective recruitment strategies.
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-caliber passive and active talent through LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, job boards, and direct outreach.
- Conduct in-depth candidate assessments and interviews, evaluating leadership capabilities, professional expertise, career achievements, motivation, and organizational alignment.
- Serve as a strategic talent advisor to hiring leaders, providing candidate insights, talent-market intelligence, compensation feedback, and recommendations throughout the selection process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a high-touch, confidential, and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Manage interview processes and stakeholder communication, ensuring alignment, timely feedback, and an efficient decision-making process.
- Develop and maintain executive talent pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs, proactively identifying talent for business-critical positions.
- Maintain accurate recruitment activity, candidate information, and pipeline reporting within the ATS to support visibility and data-driven hiring decisions.
- Manage multiple searches and competing priorities simultaneously while consistently delivering against hiring targets, timelines, and quality expectations.
- Represent the organization professionally in the U.S. talent market, strengthening the employer brand and long-term relationships with high-value talent.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Proven experience recruiting white-collar roles, preferably for the U.S. market.
- Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment and advanced sourcing techniques.
- Ability to work independently and take full ownership of assigned roles.
- Results-driven mindset with strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong stakeholder management and candidate communication skills.
- Experience with Pinpoint ATS (preferred).
