The U.S. Oncology business within our company is a growing and dynamic organization committed to advancing innovative therapies for patients with cancer. We have an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic commercial team as we prepare for the potential U.S. launch of an mRNA-based individualized neoantigen therapy for early-stage melanoma, being developed through an alliance partnership. This novel product has the potential to redefine personalized cancer treatment and requires a highly coordinated operating model to support seamless therapy delivery across a complex treatment ecosystem.
Reporting to the Director, Individualized Therapy Operations, this individual serves as the commercial lead responsible for designing, integrating, and continuously improving the operational processes that enable successful delivery of the Intismeran treatment journey.
This individual will serve as the primary commercial representative across cross-functional operational teams and external partners, ensuring alignment of workflows, governance, stakeholder activities, and supporting technologies across the end-to-end treatment journey. The role will drive process integration across treatment sites, pathology laboratories, sequencing providers, manufacturing partners, distributors, alliance stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure a consistent, scalable, and reliable operating model.
As the process architect for the Intismeran treatment journey, this leader will identify and eliminate operational barriers, establish governance frameworks, enhance customer and treatment site experiences, and drive continuous improvement across the ecosystem. The role is accountable for ensuring operational processes, stakeholder interactions, and supporting systems work together seamlessly to enable treatment completion, operational excellence, and future scalability.
Key Responsibilities
Design, govern, and continuously improve the end-to-end treatment journey process architecture, including workflows, stakeholder interactions, handoffs, controls, decision points, governance structures, and process documentation.
Serve as the commercial business owner for treatment journey workflows and operational requirements, translating business needs into scalable process designs, system requirements, and implementation priorities.
Drive process integration across the Intismeran operational ecosystem, ensuring seamless coordination among treatment sites, pathology laboratories, sequencing providers, manufacturing partner, logistics partner, distributors, alliance stakeholders, and internal functions.
Establish operational governance, escalation pathways, and issue resolution processes across the end-to-end operational ecosystem, ensuring timely identification, triage, and resolution of vendor, manufacturing, logistics, sequencing, and treatment site issues that may impact therapy delivery
Partner with Treatment Site Strategy, TSL Field Organization, Operations teams and IT to optimize treatment site experiences, improve workflow effectiveness, and enhance experience of operational and digital solutions.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives across the operational ecosystem, identifying process bottlenecks, conducting root-cause analysis, implementing corrective actions, and improving operational efficiency, reliability, and treatment completion.
Collaborate with Digital and IT teams to evolve orchestration platform capabilities, ensuring workflows, business rules, reporting, and user experiences align with operational requirements and future-state business needs.
Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (BA/BS)
MBA or equivalent preferred
Required Experience and Skills:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industries, including experience in commercial organizations supporting commercial operations, business operations, or treatment site operations.
Demonstrated success designing and optimizing complex cross-functional operating models that require coordination across multiple internal functions and external partners to deliver seamless customer and treatment site experiences.
Experience developing process architectures, workflow designs, governance frameworks, escalation pathways, and operational controls in complex organizational environments.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence cross functional stakeholders and external partner organizations.
Strong process improvement and problem-solving capabilities, including experience identifying operational bottlenecks and implementing sustainable corrective actions.
Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority and drive alignment across highly matrixed organizations.
Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity, balance competing priorities, and drive execution in dynamic launch or transformation environments.
Preferred Skills:
Experience supporting the commercialization of complex therapies, including, cell therapy, gene therapy, radioligand therapy, or other highly coordinated treatment models.
Experience with treatment journey orchestration platforms, customer support systems, workflow technologies, case management solutions, or operational control tower capabilities.
Experience establishing governance structures and cross-functional operating models that support complex treatment ecosystems.

The salary range for this role is
$156,900.00 - $247,000.00This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs.
The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.
