Order Management Analyst

Eaton’s ES AMER NAS division is currently seeking a Order Management Analyst. This is a hybrid role located in our Ellisville, MO facility.

## What you’ll do:

The Order Management Analyst is responsible for providing Eaton customers, including distributors and direct OEM customers, as well as the sales team, with order management support for existing orders, including current lead times, order status, and expected shipment schedules. The position manages the expedite process for the business and partners with the sales team and Sales leadership to continuously improve processes and meet customer needs. The analyst coordinates order and shipment expedites with Operations and communicates shipment schedules to customers and sales teams. The role monitors aged backlog and proactively works to ensure orders ship according to schedule. The analyst also reviews inventory levels across distribution centers and reallocates orders as needed to improve on-time delivery performance.

This position plays a key role in enhancing the Eaton Order Center portal, which customers and sales teams use for order status, shipment tracking, RMA requests, and order placement. The analyst serves on the Order Center Support Council and collaborates with business stakeholders to ensure enhancement requests are identified, prioritized, and communicated to the Order Center team. The position also identifies, defines, and implements process improvements that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer service performance.

The Order Management Analyst routinely interacts with both internal and external customers, including those who may be dissatisfied. This role operates in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and requires managing orders across multiple business systems. The position is empowered to make decisions within established guidelines and functions within a global business environment that includes diverse cultures and perspectives.

The Order Management Analyst is responsible for supporting high-visibility accounts that are strategic to the organization, large in scale, or complex in nature. The role may also involve sharing knowledge with colleagues and making occasional field visits. Success in this position requires a strong focus on error-free order management, customer satisfaction, and continuous process improvement.

## In this function you will:

• Synthesizes customer data to develop preliminary insights in understanding how customers use, value, and interact with our systems to drive electronic order entry usage and streamline processes.
• Analyze data to improve processes with respect to electronic customer communications, order center, salesforce, and general customer service processes.
• Identify and implement solutions that improve the customer experience and reduce customer effort
• Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external customers
• Expedite orders to prevent customer line downs or machine downtime
• Promotes customer satisfaction and achieves cycle time reduction through team-based problem solving.

## Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution

• Minimum 3 years work experience in a customer facing role

• Proficient with MS Office applications, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• Relocation assistance is not available. Candidates must currently reside within a 50 mile radius of Ellisville, MO in order to be considered.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Working Knowledge of SAP
• Working Knowledge of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) concepts
• Knowledge of PowerBI is a plus
• Working Knowledge of Salesforce Case Management

The expected annual salary range for this role is $71000 - $105000 a year.
