What would you do? • You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions. • • Month-end bank reconciliations. • • Management of late cash journals. • • Clearance of unreconciled bank statement lines. • • Coordination with banks regarding banking and payment-related issues. • • Cash positioning and liquidity-related process support. • • Monitoring and resolution of banking exceptions and reconciliation breaks. • • Bank Statement BAI MT940 CAMT053 loading and daily reconciliation. • • Strong understanding of Cash Management, Treasury, Banking Operations, and Financial Controls. • • Experience working in Oracle ERP and Oracle Fusion environments is preferred. • • Hands-on experience in Cash Management processes is mandatory. • • Experience in Payroll processes will be an added advantage. • • Strong understanding of finance process controls, compliance, and risk management frameworks.

Roles and Responsibilities: • Business Process Implementation Management BPIM Cash Management Payroll • Experience Qualifications • Must have 10+ years of experience in Cash Management, preferably in Oracle ERP and Oracle Fusion environments • Bachelors degree in Commerce BCom Accounting Finance, or an equivalent qualification is mandatory • Professional certifications such as CA CMA CPA ACCA or equivalent will be an added advantage • Strong understanding of Cash Management Treasury Banking Operations and Financial Controls • Experience working in Oracle ERP and Oracle Fusion environments is preferred • Hands-on experience in Cash Management processes is mandatory • Experience in Payroll processes will be an added advantage • Strong understanding of finance process controls compliance and risk management frameworks • Ensure all Cash Management and Payroll process controls are documented maintained and compliant with applicable laws regulations and company policies • Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and demonstrating compliance with established control frameworks • Conduct monthly and quarterly reviews of process controls and test scripts and obtain approval from the Business Process Manager BPM • Identify control gaps and drive remediation activities to strengthen the control environment • Deliver Finance Solutions project objectives and milestones within agreed timelines and scope • Participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute to Finance Solutions projects • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive project execution and achieve targeted business outcomes • Support system enhancements automation initiatives and transformation programs related to Cash Management and Payroll • Define maintain and govern end-to-end financial transaction processes and supporting applications within the Cash Management and Payroll domains • Drive the standardization of global Cash Management processes and promote continuous improvementBCom
