Job Overview

The Senior Director, Provider Management, is responsible for assessing provider network needs, developing improvement strategies, proactively working with payors and regulatory agencies, and implementing operational initiatives across cross-functional areas, including client leadership, to maintain high-performing, adequate, and compliant networks for all clients. The position is responsible for managing provider relations teams, leading high-profile contract negotiations with respective implementations, overseeing interdepartmental projects to gain operational efficiencies, and overseeing the processing of provider demographic and contractual changes. Must lead to ensure exceptional customer service is provided.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Management, Health Care Administration, or related field required. Master’s Degree highly preferred.

• Minimum of 12 years of managed care network management contracting experience (HMO, PPO, Provider Networks, etc.) required.

• Minimum of 5 years of management experience.

Compensation

$146,964.36 - $183,705.44 annually
