This role is pivotal in defining and evolving our Middle Office product suite, including Cash, Transaction Management, Derivatives, Complex Instruments, Account Services, Investment Accounting, Collateral, and Financial Reconciliation, ensuring these capabilities are delivered as fully integrated, firm-wide solutions.
A critical component of this role is establishing scalable integration patterns with Front Office platforms and aligning operating models across product, technology, and operations to support consistent client delivery. The successful candidate will also embed AI-driven innovation, enterprise data capabilities, and agile delivery models to accelerate time-to-market and enhance client outcomes.
What you will be responsible for:
- Product Strategy: Drive the development of client-centric, front-to-back product solutions that operate cohesively across Front Office platforms and Middle / Back Office services and systems.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC): Implement a disciplined, modern PDLC framework, covering ideation, prioritization, build, launch, and continuous improvement.
- Product Innovation: Generate innovative product ideas and concepts that address key market opportunities and challenges.
- Product Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, features, and user experiences.
- AI and Innovation Enablement: Embed AI and advanced analytics into products and processes to enhance automation, decisioning, and client experience.
- Agile Delivery: Lead adoption of agile ways of working, ensuring cross-functional teams deliver iteratively with clear accountability, metrics, and outcomes.
- Prototyping: Develop and test prototypes to validate product concepts and gather feedback from stakeholders.
- Product Roadmap: Create and manage a product roadmap that outlines the development and launch timeline for new features and enhancements.
- Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product improvements and ensure ongoing satisfaction.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, sales teams, and technology partners.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product implementation teams to ensure a smooth transition from development to deployment.

Education & Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in business, technology, or a related field.
- 15+ years of experience in product development, preferably in the Middle Office for large financial service firms.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex financial products.
- Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to Influence stakeholders
Salary Range:
$225,000 - $337,500 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
