Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 3+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.

Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.

OR

PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 1+ year of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.

We are Hiring Post-Silicon Validation Engineers! We are seeking highly motivated engineers to join the Post-Silicon Customer Engineering & Debug team for Oryon Custom CPU-based products across flagship mobile, compute, automotive, and Data center platforms. This role sits at the intersection of silicon, software, and customer engagement, driving root-cause analysis and resolution of complex customer-reported issues.

Are you passionate about CPU architecture and solving some of the toughest silicon challenges? We’re growing the Oryon CPU Customer Engineering Post-Silicon team and are looking for engineer who thrive on deep technical debugging and validation.

What you’ll work on:

• Own end-to-end debug and resolution of customer issues involving CPU crashes, hangs, watchdog resets, performance issues, power abnormalities, boot failures, and silicon marginalities

• Root-causing complex functional and microarchitectural issues using silicon traces, scan dumps, ETM/PTM, and debug infrastructure

• Cross-functional collaboration with CPU Architecture, RTL, Design Verification, Physical Design, DFT, Firmware, and SoC teams to drive issues to closure

• Troubleshoot complex hardware, firmware, and electrical issues (like signal integrity, boot failures, or interface bugs) * Enabling world-class quality for next-generation flagship mobile processors

We’re looking for engineers with 7-10 years of relevant experience in:

✔ CPU microarchitecture and ARM architecture fundamentals

✔ Post-silicon validation, debug, or silicon bring-up

✔ Understanding of SoC architecture, interconnects, memory subsystems, and multi-core CPU systems

✔ Pipeline, cache, memory subsystem, coherency, and exception/debug flows

✔ Assembly, C/C++, Python, and automation

✔ Strong analytical thinking and systematic root-cause debugging
