Role / Department
Reporting directly to the Head of Sales EMEA, the Senior Sales Executive will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding NTAM's presence across the UK wealth market. This is a high-impact business development role requiring a proven sales professional with a strong track record of capital raising, strategic relationship management, and new business generation.
The successful candidate will possess a well-established network within the UK wealth community, including manager selectors, decision-makers, and C-suite executives. They will bring deep market knowledge, commercial acumen, and the ability to develop long-term strategic partnerships that support NTAM's growth ambitions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the UK Wealth sales strategy and business development plan.
- Identify, develop, and manage a robust pipeline of new business opportunities.
- Analyse market trends, industry developments, and client segments to identify growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain a strong network across the UK wealth management industry, including senior decision-makers and key influencers.
- Represent NTAM across industry forums, events, and strategic initiatives.
- Lead client acquisition efforts and manage opportunities through to successful closure.
- Partner closely with relationship management, client servicing, and asset servicing teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing culture centred on partnership, innovation, accountability, and execution.
- Demonstrate NTAM's core behaviours through strong client focus, problem-solving, ownership, and entrepreneurial thinking.
Skills / Qualifications
The successful candidate will benefit from having:
- Significant experience selling investment solutions into the UK wealth management market.
- Deep understanding of the UK wealth landscape, including key firms, industry influencers, consultant communities, and market dynamics.
- An established network of senior decision-makers, manager selectors, and C-suite contacts across the UK wealth sector.
- Strong knowledge of multiple asset classes, with particular experience across index and quantitative strategies, alternatives, ESG, and bespoke investment solutions.
- A demonstrable track record of delivering asset growth, raising capital, and generating new business within the asset management industry.
- Strong commercial, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders, drive strategic initiatives, and contribute to a high-performance culture.
- A collaborative, proactive, and results-oriented approach, with a commitment to innovation and continuous improvement.
