Description
Local Night CDL-A Driver – No Touch / Drop & Hook – $2,500 Bonus
Location: Bethel, PA (Within 40 minutes of Domicile)
Job Type: Full-time, W2 Direct Hire
Job Overview
- Freight Type: Dedicated OnTrac parcel freight (100% No-Touch)
- Duties: 1 long run + 1 short run per night servicing DCs across PA, NJ, DE, MD, and VA
- Handling: Mostly drop-and-hook with minimal live loads/unloads
- Fleet Equipment: Modern automatic tractors
Pay Structure & Perks
- Base & Mileage: $0.65 CPM + $25–$35 drop/hook pay
- Night Pay: Automatic +$25 shift differential for PM dispatches
- Weekend Pay: +$75/day worked on weekends
- Sign-On Bonus: $2,500 initial hiring bonus
- Full Compensation: Averages $1,400 to $1,600+ weekly
Shift Details
- Daily Home Time: Night runs starting between 8:00 PM and 12:00 AM (10–12 hours/shift)
- Days Off: Flexible scheduling required (Schedules run Tue–Sat or Sun–Fri; days off vary)
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with at least 12 months tractor-trailer experience
- Must reside within a 40-minute drive of Bethel, PA 19507
