- Reporting to the Senior Manager, Benefits, you will support QVC by leading the administration, governance, and continuous improvement of leave of absence and workplace accommodation programs. In this role, you'll help deliver a thoughtful and compliant team member experience by partnering across HR, Legal, Payroll, Benefits, managers, employees, and external vendors to support employees navigating leave and accommodation needs.
Where You'll Work
- This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at our West Chester, PA location several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company.) Job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: NJ, PA, DE. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.
What You'll Do
- Manage the day-to-day administration of leave of absence and accommodation processes, ensuring requests are handled accurately, confidentially, consistently, and within required timelines
- Lead the interactive process for accommodation requests in partnership with employees, managers, HR Business Partners, Legal, and other stakeholders
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex leave, disability, return-to-work, and reasonable accommodation matters
- Monitor third-party vendor performance, service levels, data quality, issue resolution, and employee experience
- Partner with Payroll, Timekeeping, Benefits, and HR Operations to support accurate pay, benefit continuation, time coding, and employment status changes during leave
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of relevant experience in leave of absence, accommodations, employee relations, HR operations, benefits, or a related area
- Strong working knowledge of FMLA, ADA, state and local leave laws, paid leave programs, disability benefits, and related compliance requirements
- Experience managing complex employee cases requiring judgment, discretion, confidentiality, and cross-functional coordination
- Experience working with leave management vendors, HRIS platforms, payroll/timekeeping systems, case management tools, or benefits administration systems
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Relations, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
