Front of House Team Member – Night Shift

You’ll help create a fast, friendly, and welcoming experience for our guests while developing valuable skills in communication, teamwork, customer service, and leadership.

Pay: $11–$16 per hour

Schedule: Part-time or full-time, approximately 20–40 hours per week

Evening availability needed: Monday–Saturday

Location: 424 Cox Road, Gastonia, NC

What You’ll Do

• Welcome and serve guests with genuine care
• Take accurate orders at the front counter and in the drive-thru
• Prepare beverages, assemble orders, and deliver food
• Work in indoor and outdoor drive-thru positions
• Maintain clean, stocked, and welcoming service areas
• Communicate clearly with teammates during busy dinner periods
• Complete cleaning, stocking, and closing responsibilities
• Help prepare the restaurant for a successful opening the following day
• Follow Chick-fil-A standards for accuracy, speed, hospitality, and safety

Previous restaurant experience is helpful but not required. We provide paid training and support you as you learn.

Availability Requirement

Applicants for this Night Shift position must be consistently available from 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM three to five days a week.
