Description
Are you passionate about improving manufacturing performance through process optimization, reliability, and operational excellence? We are looking for a Process Sr. Engineer to drive technical improvements across Finish Production and help maximize OEE, equipment reliability, process stability, and delivery performance.
In this role, you will serve as the technical link between Production, Maintenance, and Engineering, leading improvement initiatives that reduce losses, strengthen operator ownership, and deliver measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive OEE improvement by analyzing downtime, identifying loss drivers, and leading root-cause investigations using structured problem-solving methods.
- Improve equipment reliability and reduce unplanned downtime in collaboration with Maintenance teams.
- Develop operator capability, equipment ownership, troubleshooting standards, and standard work practices.
- Optimize production flow, packing-line utilization, process parameters, and capacity while eliminating hidden losses.
- Lead local improvement projects and support implementation and ramp-up of new equipment and process improvements.
- Convert technical improvements into sustainable gains in reliability, capacity, quality, and OTIF performance.
- Support commissioning activities, continuous improvement initiatives, document management systems (GDM/MOC), and compliance with EHS standards.
- Coach junior engineers and provide technical leadership across cross-functional improvement activities.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Process, Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Experience
- Experience in a manufacturing or process-industry environment.
- Background in process engineering, equipment reliability, continuous improvement, or technical project implementation.
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of OEE, Operational Excellence, and root-cause analysis methodologies.
- Ability to analyze process and equipment data and turn insights into practical improvements.
- Understanding of Production, Maintenance, and Engineering interfaces.
- Experience with KPI management and project execution.
