Seeking an Assistant Lead Maintenance Technician at 800 Tower Apartments:
Requirements:
- 2+ years of maintenance or apartment maintenance experience
- Bilingual preferred not required
- Previous leadership experience required
- Experience leading, training, or mentoring maintenance team members
- Experience with apartment turns and make-readies
- Strong plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and support the Lead Maintenance Technician
- Professional, dependable, and positive attitude
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
- EPA/CPO certification preferred or willingness to obtain
