Deine Rolle bei Haleon
- Sicherstellung der Umsatz-, Distributions-, und Marketingziele im Verkaufsgebiet
- Implementierung aller Shopper Marketing Aktivitäten und KAM-Aktionen am POS (Apotheke)
- Durchführung von Kurzschulungen in der Apotheke
- Sicherstellung einer effektiven Touren- und Besuchsplanung, sowie deren Durchführung zur Maximierung der Produktivität im Gebiet
- Effektiver Einsatz der vorhandenen Shopper Marketing Maßnahmen und Kundenbudgets
- Sicherstellung des regelmäßigen Informationflusses zu Markt- und Wettbewerbsinformationen zum RVL und Innendienst
- Intensive Zusammenarbeit mit den Apothekentrainern und Abverkaufsberatern zur Steigerung des Abverkaufs im eigenen Gebiet
Qualifikation und Fähigkeiten
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung als Pharmareferent, PTA, PKA, MTA, etc. oder gleichwertig
- Mehrjährige Verkaufserfahrung im Pharma-Außendienst
- (Starker) Teamplayer, da eine enge und gute Zusammenarbeit mit den Apothekentrainern und Abverkaufsberatern zur Abverkaufssteigerung im eigenen Gebiet erforderlich ist,
- Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit aktueller, vertriebsrelevant Software (z.B. CRM-System, MS-Outlook etc.) sowie Hardware (z.B. Ipad)
- Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Eigenmotivation sowie selbstständiges und eigenverantwortliches Handeln,
- Hohe Reisebereitschaft, auch mit Übernachtungstouren innerhalb der Region
- Ein gültiger Führerschein der Klasse B wird vorausgesetzt.
