The Global Operations (GOPS) team, comprised of Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Installation and Quality, builds our leading-edge technology. GOPS partners with KLA's global supply base and design engineering teams to develop new products, working continuously to build better, faster and more cost-efficient solutions.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will play a key part in advancing business priorities by delivering high-impact work across your area of expertise.

• Monitor chemical processes and test product quality to make sure that they meet standards and specifications.
• Set up, operate, and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment. Maintain production equipment and troubleshoot problems.
• Quarterly planning chemical for MFG and placing chemical orders for MFG and R&D.
• Maintain inventory for receiving chemicals/outbound chemicals.
• Fulfill orders for internal requests of chemicals MFG, R&D and EGN.
• Prepare chemicals as per MFG demand and customer orders.
• Setting up, operating, and maintaining laboratory equipment and instruments.
• Ensuring the proper functioning and calibration of equipment.
• Testing chemicals, prepare documentation such proper SDS/Hazard labels.
• Chemical waste management.
• Following safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Participating in safety programs and audits.
• Properly handling and storing chemicals and hazardous materials.
• Move 20 liter containers from floor level to bench level.
• Prep documents for shipment readiness of chemicals outbound.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in chemistry with 1+ years of experience in handling chemicals.
• Knowledge of analytical techniques such as Titration, Conductivity, pH, UV, ICP etc.
• Experience in planning, procuring and inventory management of chemicals.
• Understanding SDS/MSDS, understand shipment requirements for chemicals.
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure no delays for chemical management.
• Participate when needed for waste management.

Total Rewards

Base Pay Range: $18.71 - $27.00 Per Hour Primary Location: USA-NJ-Totowa-KLA
