We are looking for motivated students to bring fresh ideas and energy to Nike Inc’s EMEA Headquarters, where they'll have the opportunity to contribute to one of our three iconic brands; Nike, Jordan and Converse. • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree/or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Law, or a related field

• Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Foster effective teamwork, act with courage, embraces change, and continuously growing through feedback, reflection and an athlete mindset

·       Demonstrate curiosity about AI and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and apply new tools responsibly

• Interested in people, culture, and talent development, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities

IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR AN INTERNSHIP, YOU MUST 

• Be enrolled as a student for the full duration of the internship at a university or higher education institution

• Be available for a full-time, six-month internship, starting on 1 February 2027

• Be able to work in a hybrid model, spending three days per week at our Nike Inc EHQ Campus (Colosseum 1, 1213 Hilversum, Netherlands) and two days from home

·       You are currently enrolled in a full-time study program at a Dutch university (HBO or WO level), regardless of your nationality OR You hold EU/EEA citizenship and are enrolled in a university outside the Netherlands

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

As an HR Intern, you'll contribute to meaningful work that strengthens HR operations and the employee experience across EMEA. Internship opportunities are available across People Solutions, University Relations & Recruitment, Compliance & Benefits, Business HR, and Payroll.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Collaborate with HR teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and the employee experience
• Support HR programs, policies, and documentation while helping ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance across EMEA
• Use data, research, and insights to inform decisions and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• Develop and track metrics, reports, and scorecards that help measure impact and support business objectives
• Contribute to key HR initiatives across talent, employee experience, benefits, payroll, and early career programs
