What you will be doing

As a Talent Hunter, you will play an important role in identifying and attracting candidates for international job opportunities.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Headhunting and sourcing candidates through job portals, databases, social media platforms, LinkedIn, and other relevant tools
• Searching for and identifying talented candidates who match our clients' requirements
• Creating visibility for vacancies through engaging job advertisements and social media content, while following company standards
• Contacting potential candidates and presenting relevant international career opportunities
• Screening candidates through phone calls and initial conversations to understand their experience, motivation, and suitability for available positions
• Matching candidates with suitable international opportunities
• Updating candidate data in our internal systems according to company processes and GDPR guidelines
• Presenting qualified candidates to the recruitment team/client and supporting the recruitment process from start to finish
• Following up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensuring clear communication
• Building strong relationships with candidates and contributing to the growth of our client partnerships
• Working closely with colleagues and managers to achieve individual and team targets
• Continuously developing your sourcing and recruitment skills

To be successful in this role you

• Have a professional-level of Norwegian and fluent English
• Are self-driven and able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
• Are motivated by finding and attracting talented candidates who match client requirements
• Enjoy speaking with candidates on the phone and asking the right questions to understand their experience, motivation, and career goals
• Are target-driven and comfortable working with daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
• Have a passion for recruitment, sales, customer service, or working with people
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Are solution-oriented, proactive, and have a can-do attitude
• Are organised and able to manage multiple candidates and processes at the same time
• Are comfortable working with different recruitment platforms, social media, and internal systems
• Are already based in Málaga or willing to relocate to Málaga to work from our office

Previous experience in recruitment, sourcing, sales, customer service, or a similar role is an advantage, but we are also open to candidates with the right attitude, communication skills, and motivation to learn.
