What You'll Do

As an Area Manager, you will take full ownership of cleaning operations across your assigned region. Your main focus will be managing field personnel, ensuring contract compliance, and building strong relationships with our clients.

• Lead Field Teams: Manage daily staffing, schedule coverage, and conduct hands-on training for new hires to ensure high operational efficiency.

• Maintain High Standards: Perform regular, detailed quality assurance inspections across all facilities to ensure our cleaning teams meet Clean Team's high quality benchmarks.

• Drive Client Satisfaction: Act as the primary contact for client communications. Respond swiftly to customer needs, special service requests, and quality inquiries.

• Manage Resources: Monitor supplies, manage inventory levels at client sites, and ensure proper maintenance and care of cleaning equipment.

• Promote Workplace Safety: Enforce company safety standards, proper chemical usage, and standard operating procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

What We Are Looking For

• Previous supervisory or management experience (janitorial or service industry experience is a major plus).

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and resolve operational issues independently.

• A valid driver's license and dependable transportation for travel between accounts.

• Flexibility to work evening shifts and adapt to changing operational demands.
