Requirements:
- Active General Liability Insurance, Workers Comp, and Auto Insurance
- Active LEAD Certification and OSHA 10 Certification
- Active Massachusetts Home Improvement Contractor (HIC)
- Proven experience in your trade with reliable, skilled crews
- Must have own tools, equipment, and transportation
