Description
About By Landmark
By Landmark Hospitality is a founder-led, vertically integrated hospitality company operating 15+ restaurants, event venues, and boutique hotels across New Jersey and Pennsylvania — including Liberty House, The Ryland Inn, the Felina restaurants, Logan Inn, and The Albion Summit. For more than two decades, we have built our reputation on the adaptive reuse of iconic properties and on creating guest experiences the rest of the industry tries to copy. Our team members are Memorymakers. The name is not decorative — it shapes how we evaluate every decision, every shift, and every guest interaction. Through the Art of Hospitality Workers Alliance, we invest in our people, our craft, and the communities around our properties in ways most hospitality groups don’t.
The Role
By Landmark Hospitality is seeking a highly organized, dependable, and proactive Administrative Assistant to support the President of By Landmark, and the day-to-day administrative needs of our operations leadership team.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong secretarial, administrative, or executive support background who enjoys being the person behind the scenes who keeps things organized, moving, and on track. You will work closely with the President, operations leadership, venue teams, and other departments to coordinate schedules, correspondence, meetings, documents, projects, and day-to-day administrative needs across the organization. The right person is professional, resourceful, discreet, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly. You don't need to wait to be told what needs to be done — you notice it, organize it, and follow through.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the President of By Landmark and leadership.
- Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and scheduling priorities.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agendas, materials, logistics, and follow-up.
- Prepare, format, proofread, and organize correspondence, reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and other business documents.
- Monitor communications and assist with prioritizing requests and follow-ups.
- Maintain organized electronic and physical files and confidential records.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, accommodations, and transportation as needed.
- Assist with expense reports, invoices, receipts, and other administrative financial tasks.
- Maintain strong relationships with employees, vendors, partners, and external contacts.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
- Take on additional responsibilities as the needs of the business evolve.
