Regional Vice President

What is the opportunity?

As the Regional Vice President for our Agassiz Market, you will lead and develop a team of sales and service professionals to support client retention, acquisition and growth, providing superior customer service and optimizing revenue.

What will you do?

• Champion sales and market management practices to achieve superior client experience and enhance employee capability and engagement while leveraging full RBC Financial Group capabilities
• Lead the implementation of strategic initiatives and actively pursue market opportunities across the region, ensuring RBC grows its market share leadership position
• Enhance RBC’s corporate reputation with COIs, governments, and community groups
• Employ digital channels, drive client awareness, and ensure your team is enabling clients with RBC digital access

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

• Minimum 7-10 years’ experience in personal and business banking and lending
• Proven record of sales leadership, coaching and people development ability
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset and client acquisition skills
• Ability to manage all aspects of an entire operation from revenue generation to market contribution
• Ability to develop and maintain strong business and community networks
• Ability to grow the business while effectively controlling expenses
• Experience with emerging communications and technology (i.e. web based meetings, social media, Digital Banking and Mobile Applications)
• Mobility to travel to the various market locations for Branch visits, coaching and career development
