NOW HIRING: Direct Support Professional (DSP)
Location: A mix of multiple Winter Family Care licensed facilities
Status: Full-time (day shift or overnight shifts available!)
Pay rate: $20.50 per hour
At Winter Family Care, we believe every person deserves to live a life of dignity, independence, and respect. As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you'll provide essential care and support to individuals with disabilities--empowering them to lead fulfilling lives in their homes and communities.
What You'll Do:
- Support individuals with daily living skills, community involvement, and personal goals.
- Assist with medication administration, hygiene, meals, and mobility.
- Foster meaningful relationships and encourage independence.
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold safety standards.
- Assist individuals with planning of daily activities and community outings by encouraging community integration.
- Performing other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
What You'll Bring:
- A compassionate, respectful, and dependable attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license and clean background check (required for all roles)
- Experience is a plus but not required. We are willing to train the right individual(s)!
