For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:
- 5+ years of experience in IT Project Management, Infrastructure or Production Support;
- Strong experience managing end-to-end IT infrastructure projects, including scope, budget, timelines, risks and stakeholders;
- Solid technical knowledge of Linux, Kubernetes, WebSphere, Oracle and Cloud environments;
- Experience with Application Production Support / L3 support;
- Good understanding of DevOps and CI/CD, including Jenkins, GitLab CI, Docker and Kubernetes;
- Experience with Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP;
- Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools, preferably Dynatrace;
- Experience coordinating technical teams and ensuring transition to RUN / production support;
- Strong communication, organization, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills;
- English B2+;
- Availability for a hybrid model in Lisbon or Porto;
- Being based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit.
