Schedule
- Monday–Thursday: 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
- Friday: 8:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.

What You’ll Do
- Provide comprehensive adult and pediatric preventive care.
- Perform scaling and root planing and periodontal-maintenance therapy.
- Use periodontal laser therapy when clinically indicated.
- Administer local anesthetic for periodontal treatment and assist the doctor with anesthetic when needed.
- Complete thorough periodontal charting, radiographs, risk assessments, and clinical documentation.
- Identify changes in periodontal health and communicate findings clearly to patients and doctors.
- Educate patients about periodontal disease, home care, risk factors, and appropriate recare intervals.
- Help patients understand the “why” behind recommended care without pressure or judgment.
- Provide clear, direct clinical handoffs that support continuity of care.
- Follow sterilization, infection-control, and clinical-safety protocols.
- Arrive prepared for morning huddles and contribute positively to team meetings.
- Take personal responsibility for following through on patient and team needs.
What We’re Looking For
- Active Colorado dental hygiene license.
- Current laser certification is required. Periodontal laser therapy is an essential part of the care we provide.
- Authorization to administer local anesthetic.
- Strong clinical and periodontal skills.
