At Scatec, you get to work on something that matters. We develop, build, own, and operate renewable energy solutions that accelerate access to reliable and affordable clean energy. As part of a global and agile organisation, you will work with skilled colleagues across functions and geographies, take real ownership, and contribute to a company driven by the vision of improving our future. At the heart of everything we do is our belief that we bring the energy – the energy for change, connection, and growth. It shapes how we collaborate, innovate, and create impact together.

Why this role matters

As a Senior Site Planner, you will play a critical role in ensuring successful project execution by monitoring site activities, coordinating planning efforts across contractors and project teams, and maintaining accurate project schedules. Your work will help drive efficient project delivery, identify potential risks early, and support timely decision-making across large-scale renewable energy construction projects.

What you’ll be doing

In this role, you will:

  • Support the preparation and maintenance of the Overall Master Project Programme, including Work Breakdown Structures and project baselines.
  • Review contractors’ planning packages, including schedules, manpower and equipment histograms, S-curves, and planning assumptions.
  • Coordinate planning activities across contractors to ensure alignment with project objectives and Scatec planning standards.
  • Monitor daily site activities, track progress against the schedule, and identify deviations and risks.
  • Prepare and maintain construction reports, KPI dashboards, and planning performance metrics.
  • Analyse gaps between planned and actual progress and recommend corrective actions.
  • Communicate upcoming activities and issue look-ahead schedules to support construction readiness.
  • Provide timely and accurate project progress reporting to stakeholders.

Your work will support real decisions, real assets, and real operational outcomes.

What you’ll gain

  • Professional growth through ownership, exposure, and meaningful contribution from day one.
  • Hands-on experience in a role where the challenge is energising, fast-moving, meaningful, and built on learning through doing.
  • Exposure to large-scale renewable energy EPC projects and international best practices in project controls.
  • Opportunities to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across engineering, construction, and project management functions.

What you’ll bring

Experience and qualifications

  • Degree or formal technical qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in project planning and scheduling within an EPC environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Primavera P6, MS Project, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with large-scale infrastructure, civil construction, or renewable energy projects.
  • Understanding of construction methodologies, project controls, and contract milestones.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
