  • Support program goals of generating a minimum of two hires per quarter within the assigned region.
  • Provide transitional employment services to individuals returning from full-time military service and re-entering the civilian workforce.
  • Provide clients with information regarding applicable military educational benefits and other employment or educational resources.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community alliances, working groups, task forces, trade schools, colleges, universities, and other organizations that can provide employment and career-development resources.
  • Conduct regular site visits with Employment Partners to understand their operations, workforce needs, organizational changes, and available employment opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain an ongoing regional outreach strategy for connecting clients with employment services and referrals.
  • Provide onsite employment services to military units throughout the assigned region or territory on a quarterly basis.
  • Support hiring events, employment networking events, military drills, and Government-sponsored events.
