In the role of Process Engineer for BiMOS Backend, you will contribute to the advancement of our automated power module production. You’ll have the opportunity to improve existing manufacturing processes and lead innovative development projects, with a particular focus on automated module assembly processes.
How you’ll make an impact
Improve the process capability of module assembly processes, by applying statistical tools, designed experiments and gemba principles
Analyse production data to optimize performance, identify long-term trends, and prevent potential failures
Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis to maintain and improve production throughput
Collaborate to new product development by shaping the production process landscape and enabling volume manufacturing
Your background
A master’s degree in industrial or mechanical
Good understanding of automation and experience in robot handling
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a quality-focused mindset, and a proactive, hands-on approach
Familiarity with DoE, data analysis and production statistics
Proficiency in English and German
