Your Role and Responsibilities
Are you ready to take on a key role in delivering cutting-edge automation solutions? We’re looking for an Electrical Design Engineer to take ownership of electrical design solutions in our global delivery projects for advanced automated port systems. In this crucial role, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring seamless project execution while meeting customer requirements with precision and excellence.
Your responsibilities include:
Create detailed electrical designs, including plant circuit diagrams, panel layouts, parts lists, and other essential manufacturing documents. This role involves working with driveline systems, automation equipment, and both MV and LV switchgears.
Provide technical recommendations throughout the entire project lifecycle, from design and engineering to inspection, installation, and commissioning, ensuring compliance with process requirements and standards.
Participate in technical reviews and discussions with customers, partners, subcontractors, and vendors to refine and optimize designs.
Collaborate with engineering colleagues across various projects and disciplines, sharing best practices and fostering continuous improvement.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for customers both remotely and on-site, domestically and internationally, delivering expert solutions.
Ensure outstanding customer service at every stage of the project, maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Qualifications for the Role
A relevant education combined with at least 1–3 years of work experience.
Experience with electrical design tools such as EPLAN, Engineering Base, or similar.
Experience in plant engineering is a plus.
Proficiency in English is required, while Swedish is preferred but not mandatory.
A self-motivated, curious, and driven team player with strong collaboration skills.
