Advisor Voice, Market Intelligence Strategist

The Advisor Voice Intelligence Strategist is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and translating the needs of financial advisors into actionable business insights. This role serves as the organization's expert on advisor trends, challenges, and opportunities, helping inform product strategy, service enhancements, thought leadership, and innovation initiatives. The ideal candidate is naturally curious about how advisors build and grow their practices, excels at uncovering unmet needs, and can transform advisor feedback and industry signals into strategic business opportunities.

Serve as the divisional authority on advisor needs and ensure the voice of the advisor shapes the future of our products, services, and experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Voice of Advisor (VoA) efforts across advisor segments, including RIAs, broker-dealers, and wealth management firms.
Leverage technology to monitor industry trends, trade publications, competitor activity, and emerging advisor needs.
Conduct and commission qualitative and quantitative research, including surveys, interviews, focus groups, and advisory councils.
Identify advisor pain points and opportunities related to practice management, business development, portfolio management, technology, operations, succession planning, and AI adoption.
Synthesize findings into executive-ready insights, recommendations, and strategic opportunities.
Partner with Product, Strategy, Marketing, Sales, and Client Experience teams to ensure advisor needs influence business priorities.
Develop recurring advisor intelligence reports, industry outlooks, and thought leadership content.
Qualifications
7+ years of experience in wealth management, financial services, market research, product strategy, advisor consulting, or related fields.
Deep understanding of financial advisor business models, workflows, and industry dynamics.
Strong research, analytical, storytelling, and presentation skills.
Ability to convert complex market insights into actionable business recommendations.
Experience working with advisor-facing products, services, or technology platforms preferred.
