Scheduled Weekly Hours:
36Registered Nurse (RN) | Nail Care / Foot Care
Primary Location: La Crosse, WI
Secondary Locations: Onalaska, WI (approximately 1x/week) and Decorah, IA (approximately 2x/month) as needed
FTE: 0.9 (72 hours per two weeks)
Hours: Flexible 8-hour shifts between 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
Schedule: One consistent scheduled day off every two weeks | No weekends, holidays, or on-call responsibility

What You'll Do
Manage an independent nurse-led clinic schedule focused on routine nail and foot care services
Complete thorough clinical documentation and support appropriate billing requirements
Room patients independently and deliver compassionate, patient-centered care
Collaborate closely with podiatrists, advanced practice providers, physicians, and clinic staff
Participate in foot care training, observation hours, and certification requirements
Support outreach services at regional clinic locations when scheduled
Help shape and grow a new service line designed to enhance patient access and provider efficiency
What You'll Bring
Required Qualifications
Minimum of an associate degree in Nursing
Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Wisconsin
Ability to obtain and maintain RN licensure in Minnesota and Iowa within 3 months of hire
Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support (BLS) for Health Care Providers certification with hands-on training through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Willingness and ability to obtain Foot Care Certification within four months of hire, with organizational support provided
Preferred Qualifications
One year or more of previous nursing experience
Previous podiatry, wound care, or foot care experience
