Stuteville Ford-Lincoln of Ponca City is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor / Writer to join our team. If you enjoy working with people, are interested in automobiles, and can stay organized in a fast-paced environment, this could be a great opportunity.
Service Advisors are the primary connection between our customers and service technicians. You'll help customers understand their vehicle needs, keep them informed throughout the repair process, and make sure they receive a professional, positive service experience from start to finish.

What You'll Do
- Greet customers and serve as their primary point of contact throughout the service process
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle service and repair needs
- Prepare repair orders and provide clear, accurate estimates
- Communicate with technicians regarding vehicle diagnosis, repairs, and recommended services
- Monitor service progress and keep customers informed of repair status, changes, and completion times
- Explain recommended maintenance and repairs in a clear, professional manner
- Obtain customer authorization for additional work when necessary
- Review completed repairs and charges with customers
- Process customer payments and complete service transactions
- Help ensure each customer receives timely, professional service and a positive overall experience
What We're Looking For
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Professional attitude and ability to work effectively with customers, technicians, and management
- General automotive knowledge or the ability and aptitude to learn
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Previous automotive service advisor/writer experience is preferred, but not required
- Dealership, Ford, or Reynolds & Reynolds DMS experience is a plus
Automotive experience is helpful, but we are also willing to train the right person with strong customer service skills and a willingness to learn.
