What You Will Do:
- You will support Pratt & Whitney’s F135 West Palm Beach Aftermarket facility by developing and maintaining maintenance process engineering instructions that enable the disassembly, repair, assembly, and testing of gas‑turbine engines.
- You'll interpret technical data, issue instructions packages for the compliance of workscope requirements, approve complex work control documents, and ensure hardware configuration accuracy.
- You will also participate in investigations of process breakdowns, implement corrective actions, create and improve standard work, assist mechanics with new technical data, and support other MRO production lines as needed to meet delivery schedules.
What You Will Learn:
You will gain experience in gas‑turbine engine maintenance processes, robust standard work development, hardware configuration verification, and troubleshooting parts or processes out of control. You’ll develop a deeper understanding of F135 Aftermarket operations, cross‑functional problem‑solving, precision measurement, and enterprise systems such as SAP. You will also become familiar with best practices in Environmental, Health & Safety within a high‑complexity aerospace environment.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline required; or 4 years of process, assembly or manufacturing engineering experience on gas‑turbine engines in lieu of a degree is required.
- 2+ years (with a degree) of process, assembly or manufacturing engineering experience on gas‑turbine engines
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
- Willingness to work 1st shift, work overtime when needed, and respond to off‑hours process questions

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
