Senior Manager Operational Finance Integration and Optimization

Job Description

The Senior Manager Operational Finance Integration and Optimization is accountable for driving acquisition integration, finance transformation and optimization initiatives, with a strong focus on operating model design, integrations, systems transformation, and operational excellence. This role supports end-to-end Finance transformations and continuous improvement initiatives by improving scalability, control frameworks, and process efficiency across countries and systems. Acting as a subject-matter expert, the Senior Manager plays a key role in M&A integrations, change execution, and stabilization of finance processes.

WHAT YOU’LL DO​

• Support and contribute to M&A integrations, ensuring smooth transition of finance processes into Circle K’s operating model and systems

• Act as a finance SME in integration and transformation workstreams, workshops, and governance forums

• Ensure operational readiness, stability, and effectiveness of financial controls during and after go-live phases until final integration project sign-off

• Contribute to finance transformation initiatives in cooperation with the Transformation team, supporting standardized and scalable operations

• Contribute to post-integration clean-up phase within finance processes

• Partner with IT, system architects, transformation team and process owners to assist in translating business requirements into system solutions

• Contribute to pre-studies, UAT design and execution, issue resolution, and formal finance sign-off

• Lead and support change management activities across business units, shared service centers, and finance teams

• Serve as a go-to SME for continuous improvement initiatives in finance processes

WHAT YOU’LL NEED​

Education​

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Risk Management, or a related discipline

​

Experience​

• 5+ years of experience in finance, transformation, integration, or operational roles

• Exposure to audit, control, and compliance-heavy processes

• Experience with JDE, AI and/or RPA is considered an advantage

Knowledge & Skills​

• Strong finance transformation and process improvement capabilities

• Solid understanding of operational controls, audit requirements, and compliance in regulated environments

• Strong analytical skills with a structured, process-oriented mindset

• Ability to manage complexity across multiple countries, systems, and stakeholder groups

• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to drive change and influence without formal leadership authority
