Rotation: Late Clinic Tuesday covering 1x every 3 weeks among team; Occasional Saturdays- 1x every 3 months

About the Job
As a Service Representative supporting the Main Campus LOC Pediatrics Clinic, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and positive experience for pediatric patients and their families. This front-line position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service through in-person check-in, patient registration, scheduling, and administrative support.
You will serve as a key point of contact for patients, caregivers, providers, and clinical staff, ensuring accurate patient information, efficient appointment coordination, and a smooth flow of daily clinic operations. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interact compassionately with children and families in a fast-paced outpatient healthcare environment.
What You'll do
Greeting Patients: Welcome and assist patients as they enter the physician practice. Your warm and friendly demeanor sets a positive tone for their visit.
Phone Management: Answer office phones professionally and assist callers by scheduling appointments and addressing inquiries.
Patient Registration: Efficiently check in patients, collect accurate demographic information, input data into the electronic system, and verify insurance details to ensure the patient's records are up to date.
Check-Out Assistance: Assist patients during the check-out process, provide guidance on referral processing, and assist with scheduling future appointments.
What You''ll Need
Minimum Education:
GED or High School level of education, required.
Associate's degree, preferred
Minimum Qualifications:
At least one (1) year of work history, required.
Experience in general administration, business, healthcare, or a related field is highly preferred.

COMPENSATION
Pay Range: $18.00- $24.44 per hour
Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
