About the Role

The General Manager leads the daily operations of Millennium Tower, a 58-story luxury high-rise with a $16 million-plus annual operating budget, multiple association boards, commercial components, and a club bar and restaurant.

This role requires proven high-rise experience, fluency in multi-association governance, and a five-star, hotel-caliber service orientation that extends across every touchpoint, from the lobby and concierge desk to the club level and engineering program. The General Manager leads a large, multidisciplinary on-site team spanning engineering, concierge, valet, housekeeping, club services, and security, and partners closely with each Board and commercial stakeholder to deliver a polished, white-glove resident experience alongside sound governance and operational excellence.

Compensation: $350k-400k depending upon experience + comprehensive benefits package, 100% fully paid health benefits, 401k match, and perks such as: free parking, cell phone monthly stipend, and monthly dry cleaning

Schedule: Monday -Friday business hours; available for evening board meetings and special events.
