Team Lead – Montford Movers
Montford Movers is growing fast, and we’re looking for a dependable, experienced Team Lead who knows how to get the job done—and have a good time doing it!
As a Team Lead, you’ll run the show on moving day: lead your crew, keep things safe and organized, take care of customers, and make sure every move stays on track.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead crews on residential & commercial moves.
- Oversee packing, loading, transport & unloading.
- Communicate with customers and dispatch.
- Handle on-the-job challenges and keep things moving.
- Complete walk-throughs and job paperwork.
- Train and motivate newer team members.
What We’re Looking For:
- Professional moving experience.
- Leadership experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s license (CDL is a plus).
- Strong customer service & communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
- Comfortable lifting heavy furniture and working hard.
- A problem-solver who can stay cool under pressure.
