Position Overview
ATLAS SP is seeking a CRE Warehouse Analyst who will be responsible for supporting the Lending and Transformation Warehouse Operations business by maintaining accurate facility, loan, asset, and transaction data and assisting with related funding, payoff/paydown, servicing, fee, and reporting activities. The role helps reconcile information, track exceptions, support operational controls, and contribute to process improvements across the CRE warehouse platform.
Primary Responsibilities
The CRE Warehouse Analyst:
- Supports the day-to-day management of facility, loan, asset, and transaction data.
- Reviews and reconciles funding, payoff/paydown, servicing, fee, and supporting documentation
- Tracks exceptions and provide accurate status reporting
- Establishes controls, contributes to process improvements, and provides coverage across the CRE warehouse team
- Establishes & maintains effective client relationships. Deliver world class operational services
- Gains exposure across multiple asset classes within the Residential/CRE Warehouse landscape
- Proactively participates in developing and maintaining a strong culture of collaboration and teamwork across the department
Required Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related discipline; relevant equivalent experience may be considered.
- 1–3 years of experience in financial services operations, commercial real estate, warehouse lending, loan servicing, asset management, or a related field; strong entry-level candidates may also be considered.
- Strong Excel and data-reconciliation skills, with experience working across operational systems, reporting tools, and large data sets; VBA, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI experience is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable, with clear communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage deadlines and collaborate across teams.

The base salary range for this position is listed above. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on personal, team, and Firm performance. Compensation ranges are based on several factors including job function, level, and geographic location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed here.
