Customer Service Agent

As Betsson continues to grow across Latin America, we are looking for a Customer Service Agent to deliver an outstanding customer experience

The Wow

A taster of what you will be involved with: 

• Support customers via email, live chat, and telephone in Spanish and English 
• Work closely with the team to achieve high customer satisfaction and KPI targets.
• Manage and maintain customer accounts.Translate promotional content and customer surveys into the local language when required.
• Request, review, verify, and store customer documentation in line with regulatory requirements.Perform KYC checks, customer risk assessments, and monitor suspicious activity
• Follow company policies related to player safety, protection, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming.

What we are looking for

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
• Previous experience in customer service (face‑to‑face, online, or phone‑based)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Team player with a customer‑centric mindset.
