James | Cancer BridgeThe nurse leader for CancerBridge will oversee the clinical operations, education, and communications of the CancerBridge agenda with consumers. The nurse leader will be responsible for the enhancement of end user cancer prevention education and end-user adoption which are key value propositions for CancerBridge consumers. This role will serve as the direct clinical operations leader to coordinate the needs of all current and new customers, along with coordinating quality assurance for all contacts with consumers. The nurse leader will be responsible to coordinate and drive the strategy for all clinical needs related to CancerBridge such as development of clinical technology advancements, pilot projects, innovative and strategic clinical service development and implementation, and clinical logistics which may include and not be limited to expanding hours of operation, and help facilitate the bridge to care coordination as needed.
Minimum Education Required
Bachelor's Level Degree
Master's Degree preferred but not required.
Required Qualifications
- Baccalaureate degree in nursing required with a current license as an RN in the state of Ohio.
- Five years of relevant clinical experience required.
- Oncology nursing experience and certification required.
- Strong leadership skills, effective communication, the ability to facilitate outcomes through others, problem solving, and strong organizational skills required.
- Prior leadership and management experience preferred.
- Excellent writing skills and use of Microsoft applications required.
- Experience with call center or contact center preferred.
Additional Information:
Approximately 10-15% regional or out of state travel may be required; work shifts may vary including evenings or weekends. Occasionally moves up to 50lb. objects, frequent walking, frequently seated in normal position.
